What is the minimum and maximum booking duration?
Minimum 1 day (200 km) for outstation; minimum 4 hours / 40 km for local Delhi NCR. There is no maximum — we run multi-week tours.
Do you provide all-India tourist permit Urbanias?
Yes. Every vehicle in our fleet carries an all-India tourist permit and valid GST registration.
Is fuel included in the price?
Yes — fuel, driver bata and basic maintenance are included. Parking, tolls and inter-state taxes are charged at actuals.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Absolutely. We provide proper GST invoices for corporate and individual bookings.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours, a 25% retention applies.
Are your drivers experienced for hill routes?
Yes — our Himalayan and pilgrimage routes are run by drivers with 5+ years of hill experience.
Do you provide hotels with the package?
We can arrange 3- and 4-star hotels on request, quoted separately from the vehicle.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major debit/credit cards, NEFT and corporate POs. A 30% advance confirms the booking.
